SBIR.gov has adopted a number of policies to ensure that the web site provides accurate,
unbiased information about SBIR/STTR programs and activities to the widest possible audience.
For more information or to provide feedback on a specific policy, contact the appropriate Staff

Security
This is a federal government computer system. Unauthorized attempts to modify any
information stored on this system, to defeat or circumvent security features, or to use this
system for other than its intended purposes are illegal and may result in disciplinary action,
criminal prosecution, or both.

Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act (FOIA)
SBIR.gov policy is to make the fullest possible disclosure of information, subject to
restrictions imposed by the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act. However, this
is a cross-Agency web site and individuals interested in a FIOA request must contact the
individual Agency for their FOIA policies. A list of Agencies can be found on our
Federal Agency Links page.
U.S. Government Performance Reporting (GPRA)
GPRA requires federal agencies to develop a strategic plan, establish annual performance
goals, and report annually on the progress made toward achieving these goals. Please contact
the individual Agency for their GPRA reports. A list of Agencies can be found on our
Federal Agency Links page.
No Fear Act
On May 15, 2002, Congress enacted the "Notification and Federal Employee
Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002," which is now known as the No FEAR Act.
SBIR.gov has no individual employees. Please contact the individual Agency for their No
FEAR Act data. A list of Agencies can be found on our
Federal Agency Links page.
Linking Policy
SBIR.gov checks all links once a month with specialized software. If you find a broken link
or link error, please contact the Webmaster.
New Content Posting
This web site is updated with new content every two weeks. If you have information that you
believe should be posted on our Conferences and Events or Solicitations page, please contact one
of the SBIR.gov staff members on our Contact Us page.
