Abstract:

The goal of this Phase I SBIR effort is to develop innovative techniques that exploit distributed apertures to defeat mainlobe jammers of MDA radar systems. Phase I will develop basic concepts for distributed aperture signal processing in this domain and establish their feasibility using a computer simulation model. A Phase II demonstration plan will be developed, with emphasis on a near real-time test using a potential near-term transition platform.
