Automated Strike Package Planning System
Agency / Branch:
DOD / NAVY
The goals of this Phase II SBIR include development of a strike planning deconfliction system, providing a real-time implementation for replanning, providing a mechanism to deconflict with fallout of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), and providing a scalable and extensible mechanism to support multiple levels of decision echelons. The development of the Strike Planning and Deconfliction (SPAD) prototype will provide the Warfighter with a scalable and flexible application for rapidly evaluating multiple types of conflicts that arise in the planning and execution processes. The prototype represents a revolutionary concept for providing real-time deconfliction of assets within the joint battlespace. The BONN Corporation Team will provide a Phase II demonstration that will highlight the diversity of SPAD. The diversity of SPAD will be illustrated by incorporating it into the ground-based Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) framework as well as the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics (LM Aero) Company's Mission Battle Management System (MBMS) / Integrated Warfare Development Center (IWDC) laboratory. The MBMS / IWDC laboratory provides end-to-end simulation of battle management applications within a real-time scenario environment.
