The Army needs a field deployable network centric module that can link multiple remote JTIDS (Joint Tactical Information Distribution System) networks and intelligently process multiple sensor data from these networks on-the-fly to provide fused sensortrack data, to lessen network bandwidth requirements, and to reduce overall data latency. Broadata Communications, Inc. (BCI) has, in Phase I, investigated an innovative Application Specific Computing Router (ASCoR) technology that exceeds the above needsby carrying out on-the-fly stateful data forwarding and processing based on data semantic contents.
