Abstract:

The primary objective of this proposed Phase I program is to provide a Stable peroral delivery system for Staphylococcal Enterotoxin A. The peroral delivery system is designed to release at the rate of sufficient for inoculation of the host immune system for at least six months. The goal of this research project is to provide the user community with a vaccination delivery system that reduces the time and logistical demands of the trained medical personnel, without sacrificing maximum immunization.
