Abstract

The SDSI team proposes a unique DoS detection methodology: anomaly detection in the PHY and LNK layers. During Phase I, the SDSI team adapts Signal to Noise Enhancement Program noise and interference detection technology and specific emitter identification (SEI) algorithms currently used within the national SIGINT community to perform sophisticated anomaly detection for both the 802.11g and 802.15.4 standards.
