Abstract
Our project supports a research study to design a time-shared three wavelength phase modulationspectrophotometer to directly provide differential path length information thereby eliminating the ncalibration. This follow-on SBIR Phase II contract award supports the following objectives: 1) refinfor saturation in model systems; 2) refine engineering design and test instrument performance in modinstrument performance and algorithm for saturation in human clinical studies.
