Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) Common Performance Measurement Development, Tracking, and Warehousing System
Agency / Branch:
DOD / USAF
In this Phase I SBIR, the Lumir team will draw upon its considerable experience and expertise in developing, implementing, and researching human performance measurements to design a common set of human performance metrics that are valid across multiple discrete environments. The Phase I effort will also establish a common data format, that will allow the collection and reusability of Performance Measurement Objects throughout numerous USAF installations including live fly, LVC, and simulation sites. In Phase II a system prototype will be developed that will include implementations of the common data format, data translation capabilities, along with data storage and warehousing capacity and a set of tools and services that provide access to the stored, common data.
