MSI PROPOSES TO INCORPORATE BACKGROUND SUBSTITUTION OF "FAULTY MODELS" IN CAD DESIGN SIMULATION OF ELECTRONIC CIRCUITS TO PERFORM A "DESIGN OF EXPRIMENTS" DETERMINATION OF SENSITIVITY TO PARAMETRIC VARIATION IN COMPONENTS. THE INFORMATION LEARNED WILL BE USED TO SELECT COMPONENTS THAT WILL HAVE A LONGER LIFE, AND GREATER DURABILITY. THIS FORM OF ANALYSIS COMBINED WITH WORST CASE SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS, AND PROCESS VARIABILITY ANALYSIS, AND PROCESS VARIABILITY ANALYSIS IN MANUFACTURING WILL HAVE BETTER ABILITY TO WITHSTAND PART VARIABILITY AND VARIABILITY INTRODUCED IN MANUFACTURING, TEST, AND USE.
