Unitary Warhead Airburst Fuzing Capability

Mustang Technology Group, LP is proposing a Phase II SBIR program that will demonstrate the viability of our method of providing airburst fuzing capability to existing weapons by exploiting only the available INS information, GPS information, and passive infrared (IR) imagery. We will accomplish this by testing the algorithms developed in our successful Phase I study to real data. Furthermore, we propose to work with the Government to define the concept of operations of airburst fuzing equipped unitary warhead weapons, and extend our algorithms to support an even wider array of weapons and missions.
