Abstract:
This project will develop a fully interactive Health Risk Appraisal (HRA) System for the elderly. Toffer video presentations and printed educational health risk messages. Risk areas to be covered incactivity and flexibility, mental health (e.g., social networks), diet, alcohol use, injury preventiorisk messages and suggestions for positive lifestyle change will be designed to maximize quality ofhealth. Phase I objectives include development of a prototype HRA System The Phase I prototype willelderly females. Phase II development will expand the HRA System; (from list above).
