Abstract:
This training system encompasses three modular training approaches to meet the needs of sites at both ends of the spectrum with regard to computer resources and Internet connectivity. This training system also accommodates trainees' individual training needs and preferences due to its modular structure allowing trainees to navigate seamlessly among the three approaches. The three training approaches include: a video-based training presenting all training materials in video format simulating a classroom setting, a web-based training presenting all training materials in an interactive, trainee-driven format, and a manual-based training presenting all training materials in chronological text-based format that can be clicked through or printed out in a PDF format.
