Abstract:

Planning Systems Incorporated (PSI) presents an innovative approach to the development and design of a Surveillance Array ATM Network which provides the benefits of open-architecture ATM technology while solving issues such as coherent sample rate clock distribution across sensor nodes. PSI's proposed approach leverages recent advancements in technical areas such as Navy towed array ATM telemetry, Navy measurement range ATM telemetry, and commercial Voice and Telephony over ATM (VTOA).
