Abstract
Quallion’s response to this Phase I solicitation calls for the evaluation of primary lithium battery chemistries to assess whether they meet the mission profile. Quallion will create test cells and test performance characteristics against the goals. The cells will then be formed into modules/packs for further analysis. Quallion will also extrapolate expected performance for the full-sized battery and deliver a production cost estimate for said device.
