Abstract:
RDRTec proposes to further develop, mature, test, and begin transition of innovative techniques based on the Phase 1 effort that will provide robust adaptive ISAR classification tools to assist the radar operator's rapid and accurate classification of ships and small boats in the littoral. This includes variation within specific classes. The final goal is a cost effective insertion into present and future fielded systems that increases performance and reduces operator workloads.
