Abstract:

We propose to design a prototype device to achieve wideband spectral monitoring and direction finding device for 2-4 GHz and 8-12 GHz coverage, simultaneously, based on spectrally selective optical sensor materials. This technology allows for the direct and continuous collection of spectral information from multiple antenna platforms for shipboard and other surveillance applications .
