Abstract:

THE J.P. LANGAN & ASSOCIATES, INC/SENTRY EQUIPMENT CORP. TEAM WILL DEVELOP TWO MODELING METHODS TO ENHANCE ILRT TESTING CONFIDENCE. WE INTEND TO ESTABLISH A MATHEMATICAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CONTAINMENT SIZE AND THE FREQUENCY DURATION BETWEEN DISCRETEDATA POINTS FOR IDEAL AUTOMATED DATAACOLLECTION AND EVALUATION. WE WILL SUPPORT THE PROPOSED APPENDIX J BY ANALYZING 20 TYPEA AND VERIFICATION TESTS UNDER THE NEW ILRT TEST CRITERIA. WE WILL EVALUATE DATA ENHANCEMENT TECHNIQUES USED EXTENSIVELY TO ELIMINATE RANDOM DATA ERROR FROM TRANSDUCER MEASUREMENTS TO INCREASE TEST CONFIDENCE.
