Abstract:
We propose to continue our Phase I effort in Phase II by implementing the GPS anti-jam attitude-capable adaptive antenna technology into a C/A-code prototype and a P-code software development toolkit with an extension to the new M-code. The hardwareprototype will consist of an array antenna, RF front-ends, a PC-based data acquisition system, a PC-hosted DSP system, power supply, and other auxiliary devices. The computational algorithms devel-oped in Phase I will be implemented into signal and dataprocessing software running in the environment, together with data acquisition software and presentation software, completed with software interface documentation and operational manual. The developmental efforts of the prototype and toolkit hardware andsoftware are detailed in this Phase II proposal with several cycles for algorithm development and im-plementation, coding and debugging, functionality testing and algorithm tuning, and field testing and per-formance assessment.
