Abstract:

DATEM project objectives are to collect all U.S. literature on treatment effectiveness/outcomes publast ten years; build a computerized data base amenable to meta-analysis; provide a mechanism for redata base; choose statistical software suitable for meta-analyses; and (in Phase II) conduct a varietreatment effectiveness. Product One is an expertly constructed data base of all the evaluation reseregularly disseminated on a subscription basis to allow others to review the findings of many studieuseful format, or to conduct their own meta-analyses. As Product Two DATEM will expertly craft metaresearchers, clinicians and policy makers in the field of drug abuse treatment, and at a cost well bindividual researchers to attempt the same task. Product Three is the citation data set. Product FDATEM will generate updates to the data base every six months on a subscription basis. In additionSSIC will provide a variety of customized services at additional costs to be negotiated.
