Abstract:

Systran Federal Corp. (SFC) proposes two innovative products for Phase II research,development, prototyping, and demonstration. These products include a specializedFibre Channel interface in 6U VME format, with an on-board processor and embeddedAMS (Asset Management Software). The AMS provides built-in-test functions, plus theability to dynamically re-route data packets from damaged or degraded pathways toother redundant pathways. A light-weight protocol (LP) is used to minimize datalatency, and maximize bandwidth during all data transactions.
