Abstract:
Our proposed objective is to further develop, specify, evaluate and demonstrate a synthetic scene generation process with atmospheric degradation. We will develop fast wavefront, scene generation, and scene propagation methods and implement these in an end-to-end simulation code. Key algorithms should be able to reduce computation time over techniques currently used to evaluation closed-loop tracking and aim point maintenance algorithms.
