Abstract:
Our Phase II basic effort will concentrate on several key factors. We will look at the range of hazardous conditions that result from an IED explosion taking into account the variable nature of these events. Existing data on conditions such as blast velocity and overpressure morbidity/mortality levels will be used to calibrate our test configuration.
