Abstract:
The contractor shall work in concert with the government to research, design, develop, fabricate and evaluate a digital voice technology prototype using an industry standard Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) architecture. In addition, the contractor shall work with the government selected vendor for Voice Recognition and Voice Synthesis and evaluate the integration of that technology into the contractor's assembly design.
