Nickel nanostrands have demonstrated their laboratory scale worth in creating highly conductive and electromagnetically shielding composites, polymers adhesives, coatings and paints. The objectives of this SBIR will be to concentrate on the effort to deliver a commercially viable electromagnetically shielding paint. Pursuant to that objective will be the parallel objective to demonstrate that the nanostrand process can be scaled up approximately tenfold.
