Coherent Logix, Incorporated proposes to develop a Simultaneous Real-Time Processing Surveillance Receiver (SRPSR) capable of measuring intended and unintended spectral emissions of electronic equipment in a very dense, noisy signal environment. This computation intensive SRPSR system will be based on Coherent Logix's reprogrammable, dynamically reconfigurable, real-time adaptable, patent pending, HyperX processor technology currently supported by U.S. Army RDECOM-ARDEC, U.S. Air Force AFRL, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). The SRPSR system will provide a direct conversion ultra broadband digital receiver with tightly coupled massively parallel signal processing required to overcome the inherent limitations in current state of the art surveillance receivers. The receiver architecture will employ direct sampling and Fast Fourier Transform techniques to achieve near real-time processing of massive data sets. The receiver architecture will utilize a modular, expandable design approach allowing receiver subsystems to be upgraded as advances in signal conversion and massively parallel digital signal processing becomes available.
