Abstract:
The focus of the Phase II effort is the design, fabrication and testing of a high performance and high spatial resolution 3D Flash LIDAR focal plane. Design, fabrication and testing of the associated drive and output electronics are also included in the program. Lessons learned in Phase I, in terrestrial 3D Flash LIDAR camera designs and in the ROAR program ensure high performance. Experience with terrestrial and space related projects minimize the program risk.
