Detection and Tracking of Moving Vehicles and Dismounts Across the LandSea Boundary
The proposed effort will develop a comprehensive suite of algorithms for detection and tracking of moving vehicles (small boats and land vehicles) and dismounts that extends across the open water, surf zone, and beach. This suite of algorithms will perform accurate long-term tracking of detected targets with high probability of detection and minimal false alarms at reduced computational complexity.
