Development and Processing of Dielectric Films for Application in Large Wound Capacitors
In this SBIR Phase II project, we propose to develop high energy density film capacitors by using our high performance polymer dielectric compositions, low-cost capacitor production process, and robust capacitor design guided by modeling. It is expected that prototype wound capacitor with energy density of 4 J/cc can be achieved by the end of the Phase II project.
