Abstract:
This proposed effort is focused on the development of a suite of fiber optic sensors that will detect, and locate tunnels. The system will be able to determine the depth of the tunnel and map the location of the tunnel on an overlay of a map. The system will also be able to determine if the tunnel has power and be able to detect the presence of human beings.
