21 st Century Technologies Inc proposes the Integrated Fusion Dashboard, a level 2-3 knowledge-based asymmetric pattern recognition, detection, and fusion framework supporting persistent and adaptive surveillance collection strategies. We shall exploit specialized detectors, learning and reasoning algorithms, and social network analysis that access integrated Multi-INT data and synergistically produce asymmetric threat sub-patterns. These sub-patterns, in turn, are used to build unified asymmetric threat patterns. These unified threat patterns, built from tactical data, will represent a genuinely new capability for the warfighter against the asymmetric threat. It will surpass current techniques' abilities to detect threats by fusing information from multi-INT sensors and detectors and reasoning over the cross-INT dataset with a unique approach. All information regarding the detectors to be used and the relationships among them are stored in a pattern hierarchy. The analyst simply initiates a graph-matching search, and the IFD determines when to invoke each detector, assembles the results of these invocations, and presents a unified result to the analyst. The IFD surpasses the data fusion and pattern matching capabilities of current threat detection systems by allowing a single unified interface to a broad assortment of best-of-breed detectors.
