A "BRADBOARD" ICRS WILL BE BUILT IN TASK 4 TO EVALUATE THE CONCEPTUAL APPROACH AND A PRELIMINARY DESIGN FOR THE DEVICE HARDWARE WILL BE DEVELOPED IN TASK 5 TO FORM A BASIS FOR MANUFACTURED COST ESTIMATES.
