Abstract:
Accurate modeling of active RF devices is a critical component in circuit and system design. In the past the generated model's accuracy depended heavily on the expertise of the scientist who was performing the model extraction. This proposal develops algorithms and scripting planning for reducing this labor intensive device model extraction process to a PC based automated system. The user, through a powerful graphical interface, has the ability to exercise as much or as little control over the process as is warranted.
