Abstract:
During Phase I we designed and built proof-of-concept prototypes of key iTVO components. In the Phase I Option period we will integrate those components into a single Phase I prototype that will be demonstrated to NAVAIR personnel to gather feedback. During Phase II, we will update and expand the iTVO prototype based on that feedback as well as additional surveys of potential users. That early Phase II prototype will participate in usability studies with software developers and analysts. The results of the usability studies, combined with identification of the most likely transition targets, will be used to build a fully functional Phase II prototype that will undergo thorough testing and subsequently be demonstrated to prospective Phase III investors.
