Abstract
Lumineye builds tactical, man-packable wall-penetrating radar devices to help first-responders identify people and threats through walls. We’ve interviewed over 300 operators, commanders and first responders and heard from all of them that they’d “rather eat bullets” than operate and carry existing through-wall sensing systems. We've worked with the Army through xTechSearch and developed our product based on feedback from SOCOM and other government agencies. We plan to use this SBIR to improve our existing devices capabilities. Specifically, we will improve standoff, multi-person detection and make our device more intuitive and easy to use.
