In this Phase I customer discovery effort, Neros will introduce our novel, full-stack UAS platforms, tech, capabilities, and strategies for affordable mass to a range of DAF customers and end users, clarifying needs and aligning solutions. We will visit with AFGSC, AFSFC, AFSOC, expanding our understanding of end-user needs and mission requirements, and alignment between these and our capabilities. We will identify and describe a solution, noting how it differs from / modifications to the non-defense commercial offering, as well as cost and feasibility of integration with current mission-specific products. The result of this effort will be to identify technological prototype specifications and a Phase II path for a solution based on clearly defined DAF end-user needs. Neros combines talent that spans electronics and aerospace engineering, entrepreneurship, emerging manufacturing tech, and world champion class drone racing with solid venture capital backing and military experience. We aim to revolutionize American UAS, ensuring operational superiority in contested environments. Neros Technologies was founded to resupply America’s arsenal, leveraging advanced software architectures and mass-manufacturable hardware to evolve the munitions space. We are focused on full-stack manufacture of unmanned systems, starting with unmanned aerial systems (UAS). The contemporary battlefield is increasingly defined by the use of UAS, fundamentally altering the dynamics of conflict and escalation. As demonstrated in the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, the proliferation of UAS across a wide spectrum of military operations has underscored the strategic necessity for rapid evolution, production, and deployment of massive scale UAS and effective counter-UAS (cUAS) capabilities. Neros products under development include Archer FPV drone (in use in Ukraine), Peregrine hybrid wing-multirotor loitering munition (prototyping), Echo NDAA-compliant command-and-control link (AFWERX D2P2), Sentinel folding-arm, tube-launchable multirotor munition (concept), and Bolt kinetic handheld cUAS drone (concept). Extensive customer research has informed each of these products; we are excited to expand our customer discovery and define new solutions.
