PRIME: PRimary Integration and Maturation of EGS

Legacy satellite command and control capabilities and their related telemetry operate in a largely stove piped framework. Satellites are still commanded, controlled, and communicated with their ground station in a specific constellation structure. Each ground station is unique to a given constellation and the communications and telemetry are aligned to the specific constellation, underscoring an overwhelming need for an enterprise solution. While EGS is working toward consolidating these singularly aligned capabilities, the lack of a true enterprise is very inefficient, lacks resiliency, and creates multiple points of failure. However, EGS still lacks a consolidated mechanism to share data and lacks an operating picture that fuses multiple satellite constellation reporting. Our PRIME solution applies state-of-the-art knowledge management, visualization, process management, operational expertise, and simulation technologies to provide an integrated, extensible data adapter/service, and UDOP with plug-and-play capability for effective space warfighting. Our innovation includes the combination of EGS data sets within the ARCADE UDOP to give the warfighter a first-of-kind, unique space battle picture.
