Abstract
Triton Systems Inc will build a complete system for the portable generation of 99.999% pure hydrogen from water including greywater or wastewater. The catalysts on which the technology is based are unique in having demonstrated stable and efficient hydrogen production in non-corrosive, near-neutral water and natural water sources such as seawater. The platform will be scalable to a production rate of 1 kg of hydrogen per day in Phase II. Triton will build a protype that incorporates hydrogen separation and photovoltaics, evaluate its efficiency and hydrogen purity with a variety of water sources, and estimate the footprint and cost of a full production system.
