Murano Corporation is proposing to rapidly enhance the cloud-based AI enabled, easy to use, and modern repair tablet for Navy maintainers to improve their speed and accuracy demonstrated during Phase I. Navy Requirement #1: Sufficient Technical Data including easy access to technical papers for repairs, modernization, and alterations; and access to proprietary information. Proposed Enhancement #1: Demonstrate Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) technical data (Bill of Material, 3D Drawing, and Parts Catalog/inventory) in repair tablet Navy Requirement #2: Find and use the right spare parts, minimize spare parts cannibalization, easy access to order history data, reduce lead times, and global parts visibility. Proposed Enhancement #2: Enhance repair tablet’s ability to display dimensions and areas for 3D Drawings, ability to 3D print parts directly from the tablet to improve speed and accuracy, ability to convert 2D Drawings to 3D, if Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) permit, exchange parts forecast, demand, 3D Drawings, and inventory electronically with suppliers to improve collaboration, reduce back orders and lead times, ability to locate parts at depots and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and in-transit inventory visibility Navy Requirement #3: Rapid Workforce skills improvement and capacity planning (including facilities and equipment). Proposed Enhancement #3: Digitization of technical manuals and videos and generation of automatic work instructions, develop a Maintenance Cockpit to plan capacity, assess artisan skills and availability, assign tasks to artisans, evaluate performance, work center availability, utilization and condition tracking Navy Requirement #4: Modernize Information Technology Infrastructure and eliminate information silos. Proposed Enhancement #4: Integrate Navy Legacy Systems including Shipyard Management Systems in repair tablet, provide timely and relevant Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) insights in the repair tablet
