Abstract
It is proposed to develop and demonstrate dynamically tunable metamaterials using electrical biasing methods. Recent developments have shown the great promise of passive metamaterials; this project will build and demonstrate the first large area, dynamically tunable metamaterial structure, and will further enhance the benefits of transformational optics design methodologies.
