Small Business Development Center (SBDC)

The Oregon Small Business Development Center Network (OSBDCN) provides advising, training, online courses and resources for businesses throughout Oregon. The Oregon Network is a well-established partnership between 17 Oregon community colleges, two state universities, the US Small Business Administration and the Oregon Business Development Department. To help bring innovative concepts to the marketplace and help Oregon businesses grow, OSBDCN assists qualified Oregon companies in preparing proposals for Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) grants. Oregon Small Business Development Centers can offer: - Advice and assistance to qualified businesses in preparing and meeting the rigorous requirements of SBIR or STTR proposals - Editing of draft and final proposals for completeness, professional presentation and other critical factors
