Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) personnel often they have no way to efficiently collect, share or search for information about recent engagements or projects for appropriate stakeholders within the Command. The teams within AFSOC currently relay project and engagement reports through a variety of disparate mediums. Additionally, senior leaders within AFSOC struggle to keep abreast of ongoing projects and information collected from engagements. AFSOC asked for a common process for gathering and disseminating information obtained from ongoing projects or engagements. 2ENOVATE LLC proposes a software-based solution to enable to collection of project and engagement data at the lowest possible echelon. This solution will enable greater situational awareness at all levels, reduce duplication of efforts and improve processes across the organization, resulting in a well-informed force that is ready to fly, fight and win.
