The Award database is continually updated throughout the year. As a result, data for FY24 is not expected to be complete until March, 2025.

Download all SBIR.gov award data either with award abstracts (290MB) or without award abstracts (65MB). A data dictionary and additional information is located on the Data Resource Page. Files are refreshed monthly.

The SBIR.gov award data files now contain the required fields to calculate award timeliness for individual awards or for an agency or branch. Additional information on calculating award timeliness is available on the Data Resource Page.

  1. Denial-of-Service (DoS) Defenses for Ad Hoc Networks

SBC: ARCHITECTURE TECHNOLOGY INC            Topic: A04064

The US Army has identified the need for intrusion-resistant and survivable ad hoc networks for tactical mobile environments. Architecture Technology Corporation (ATC) brings over 6 years of directly related technology development experience in the areas of ad hoc networks, intrusion tolerance, and network survivability and a proven track record delivering high quality products on these R&D efforts ...

  2. Constrained Automatic Anti-Tamper System (CAATS)

SBC: ARCHITECTURE TECHNOLOGY INC            Topic: A04160

As warfare becomes more technology bound there is a growing threat of misappropriation of software that could disable or hinder US military activities. Constrained Automatic Anti-Tamper System (CAATS) is a complete system of software and infrastructure to deploy the strongest and most advanced combination of Anti-Tamper software protection techniques available targeted at the real-time embedded m ...

  3. Ruggedized Multifunction Fiber-Optic Transceiver Optical Subassembly

    SBC: Mytek, LLC            Topic: N05T005

We will address the requirement for fault identification and isolation in fiber optic data links by incorporating an optical time domain reflectance (OTDR) functionality into the transceiver module. Our approach is to monolithically integrate a high speed photodetector that will sense reflections from discontinuities in the optical channel, with the 850nm VCSEL which transmits the signal.

  4. Phased Array Antennas on Large Area Substrates

SBC: SVT ASSOCIATES INC            Topic: A05026

In the Phase I program an inovative approach to modeling and fabrication of integrated phase array antennas is proposed. The approach uses advantages of implementing scientific modeling and simulation on EM Premier workstation which enables a full 3D FDTD algorithm. The feasibility of integration of BST with large area Si wafers will be explored using novel material growth techniques.

  5. Nanocapsules for transposon therapy in cancer

    SBC: GENESEGUES INC            Topic: A04181

Viral vectors are used in more than 70% of current gene therapy trials. However, immunogenicity, oncogenicity, and poor tumor transfection efficiencies present significant barriers to clinical success. Sleeping Beauty Transposon (SBT) technology, combined with a targeted, tumor-penetrating, non-viral gene transfer system, offers an alternative approach for therapeutic transgene production with lo ...

  6. Plan Understanding & Mission Assessment (PUMA)

SBC: SMART INFORMATION FLOW TECHNOLOGIES LLC            Topic: N05T017

Two technologies with nearly perfect complementary capabilities are combined in this project. Univer-sity of Virginia has developed the Tactical Interface for Monitoring and Retargeting (TIMR), based on recent Tactical Tomahawk work. This provides decision aiding and an underlying simulation platform, but by design provides no autonomous planning capability. SIFT has developed PlaybookT, an int ...

  7. Integrated Lower Extremity Trauma Simulator

    SBC: SIMULUTION, INC.            Topic: A05172

Simulution Inc. proposes to work with Melerit Medical AB of Sweden to expand the capabilities of TraumaVision, our fractured femur simulator, to include simulation training in the diagnosis and care of lower extremity compartment syndrome. Our goal is to develop TraumaVision into an integrated lower extremity trauma simulator that allows training in realistic scenarios where compartment syndrome ...

  8. Lowest-Cost Attack Path (L-CAP)

SBC: ARCHITECTURE TECHNOLOGY INC            Topic: OSD04SP1

Architecture Technology Corporation (ATC) proposes an attack model based on attack paths. An attack path is any sequence of steps in an attack tree that will lead to a successful attack. The model then computes the safety of the program as the minimum cost attack path, "the path of least resistance". That is, the attack path where every other attack path would be more expensive. As part of ...

  9. Vulnerabilty Assessment and Prioritization Methodology (VAPM)

SBC: ADVENTIUM ENTERPRISES, LLC            Topic: SB052013

This project will develop and deploy a comprehensive force protection vulnerability analysis process that accommodates diverse and large geographic areas, public events, infrastructure interdependencies, attacker goals, means, and methods, and defender priorities. This process will be based on the Vulnerability Assessment and Prioritization Methodology (VAPM) originally developed and applied to do ...
