Award Data
The Award database is continually updated throughout the year. As a result, data for FY24 is not expected to be complete until March, 2025.
Download all SBIR.gov award data either with award abstracts (290MB)
or without award abstracts (65MB).
A data dictionary and additional information is located on the Data Resource Page. Files are refreshed monthly.
The SBIR.gov award data files now contain the required fields to calculate award timeliness for individual awards or for an agency or branch. Additional information on calculating award timeliness is available on the Data Resource Page.

Narrowband Perfect Absorber for Infrared Sensing
SBC: SRICO INC Topic: A12aT023SRICO proposes to combine metamaterial narrowband absorbers and SRICO-proprietary thin film pyroelectric thermal detectors to produce ultra low size, weight, power and cost (SWAP-C) room temperature stand-off chemical sensors. Metamaterial narrowband absorber elements are integrated into the thin film pyroelectric detector process to provide conversion of radiation to heat, which is then sensed by ...

Fabrication of Ta-Hf-C-based Ultra High Temperature Composites
SBC: UES INC Topic: MDA09T002This Phase II STTR program seeks a new fabrication method to produce stronger (>100 kpsi) and tougher (>10 MPam1/2) ultra-high temperature HfC-based composites (UHTC) with an outstanding oxidation resistance for advanced rocket nozzle throat components. UES will apply a novel"Top Down"approach to control the microstructures of the composites. This approach will produce a very unique grain structur ...

Solar Blind MgZnO Photodetectors
SBC: AGNITRON TECHNOLOGY, INC. Topic: A13AT006This project address the fabrication of solar blind detectors from the MgZnO material system. Both MBE and MOCVD material growth techniques will be used for deposition of the required material layers. Simulation software we be used to aid in the design of the photodetector structure. Devices will be fabricated from the grown structures and their electrical and optical characteristics determined.

Precise Positioning with Local Signal Carrier Phase Measurements and Global Positioning System (GPS) Fusion
SBC: GIRD SYSTEMS INC Topic: N14AT009Carrier phase measurements in GPS are well known to enable precision performance. However, GPS is easily degraded or jammed. Carrier phase measurements in a local radio system, on the other hand, is much easier due to its much stronger signal level compared with GPS. In this proposal GIRD Systems will investigate feasibility of precise positioning techniques based on carrier phase measurements fr ...
