The Award database is continually updated throughout the year. As a result, data for FY24 is not expected to be complete until March, 2025.

Download all SBIR.gov award data either with award abstracts (290MB) or without award abstracts (65MB). A data dictionary and additional information is located on the Data Resource Page. Files are refreshed monthly.

The SBIR.gov award data files now contain the required fields to calculate award timeliness for individual awards or for an agency or branch. Additional information on calculating award timeliness is available on the Data Resource Page.

  2. Geolocation of GPS Jammers

SBC: SCIENTIFIC APPLICATIONS & RESEARCH ASSOCIATES, INC.            Topic: AF06254

We will build a Geolocation on GPS Jammer (GOGJ) Geolocator/Seeker and demonstrate a prototype system. The system will be tested in 3 phases: Ground-based tested, flight tested on a manned aircraft, and flight tested on an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). We will demonstrate that the system is capable of precisely geolocating single and multiple jammers in each phase of testing.

  3. Mobile Ad hoc Networked GPS for Robust Positioning

SBC: Intelligent Automation, Inc.            Topic: A06201

In Phase I, IAI has developed a novel algorithm that uses a network of GPS receivers to improve the position accuracy of the nodes even when very limited or no differential GPS infrastructure is available. Our key innovation lies in modeling the temporal characteristics of DGPS correction in order to tolerate long latencies and leveraging relative GPS positioning data available to each of the plat ...

  6. Autonomous seafloor geotechnical property sensor

SBC: Ocean Acoustical Services and Instrumentation Systems, Inc.            Topic: N06160

Current geo-technical measurement systems are low resolution and generally require significant research vessel support. In this SBIR, the OASIS/WHOI team proposes to build a system that will remotely, autonomously and rapidly estimate and map shear strength parameters using state-of-the art Autonomous Undersea Vehicle (AUV) technology. The AUV-based Acoustic Sediment Classifier (ASC) is an inno ...
