Award Data
The Award database is continually updated throughout the year. As a result, data for FY24 is not expected to be complete until March, 2025.
Download all SBIR.gov award data either with award abstracts (290MB)
or without award abstracts (65MB).
A data dictionary and additional information is located on the Data Resource Page. Files are refreshed monthly.
The SBIR.gov award data files now contain the required fields to calculate award timeliness for individual awards or for an agency or branch. Additional information on calculating award timeliness is available on the Data Resource Page.

Low Lubricity Fuel Tolerant High-Pressure Fuel Pump
SBC: MAINSTREAM ENGINEERING CORP Topic: A19089Military fuels such as JP-8, Jet A, and F-24 have lower lubrication properties than common diesel fuel. The direct injection fuel systems in vehicles designed to run on diesel can wear out prematurely due to lack of lubrication in these low lubricity fuel applications. The proposed solution minimizes component wear for selected vehicle applications.

Integration of Onboard Distributed Flow Sensing Using AF Intellectual Property US9658087B1
SBC: Multicore Photonics, Inc. Topic: AF183008The Air Force Research Laboratory developed artificial hair sensor (AHS) has great potential to increase the availability of aerodynamic forces acting on a surface. This technology leverages the use of small carbon nanotube whiskerized hairs embedded in capillaries which exhibit a piezo response when subjected to surface flow. The small size of these sensors creates significant challenges in manuf ...

Open Architecture Tools to Describe Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) Capabilities
SBC: Analysis, Integration And Design, Inc. Topic: N181009Experience in utilization of test information standards exposes levels of allowable variance that circumvents interoperability and allows proliferation of incompatible products. The standards must provide this flexibility in order to accommodate the variety of applications for which they are intended. However, achievement of compatibility, interoperability and other objectives associated with the ...
