THESE DATA WILL BE USED TO AMEND THE PROTOCOL TO PERMIT STUDY IN SUBSEQUENT WORK OF THE PHENOMEMON ON THE FULL EXTENT OF COMMON ELECTRONICS MATERIALS. A PRELIMINARY EMPIRICAL MODEL, BASED ON BOTH THEORETICAL STUDIES AND ON DATA GATHERED AS A PART OF THE PROPOSAL WILL BE DEVELOPED WHICH SHOULD PERMIT DESIGNERS TO ACCOMMODATE THIS PHENOMENON.
