METHODOLODY CONSISTSOF MECHANISMS FOR AUTOMATED COLLECTION, ENCODING, AND ANALYSIS OF BIRTH DATA WITH FORMATTING AND PRODUCTION OF APPROPRIATE REPORTS. DURING PHASE I, IT IS EXPECTED THAT FEASIBILITY AND VALUE OF THE PERINATAL DATA SYSTEM FOR A HOSPITAL CAN BE DEMONSTRATED.
