Abstract
A METHODOLOGY FOR ANALYZING TWO-PHASE FLOW SYSTEM IN A MICROGRAVITY ENVIRONMENT WILL BE DEVELOPED. THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROPOSAL IS TO CONSTRUCT A COMPUTER MODEL WHICH WILL BE HELPFUL IN THE EVALUATION OF COMCEPTUAL DESIGNS OF THERMAL CONDITIONING SYSTEMS FOR SPACE CRAFTS. THE MIDEL WILL ALSO PROVIDE A TOOL FOR ANALYZING TRANSIENTS DUE TO START UP, SHUTDOWN OR ACCIDENTAL SITUATION. ONE OF THE MAJOR FEATURES OF THE PRESENT STUDY WILL BE THE USE OF VERY ACCURATE THERMODYNAMIC PROPERTY DATA IN THE FLOW AND HEAT TRANSFER ANALYSIS.
