Company Profile

Fairmount Technologies is the developer of Stretch Roll Forming (SRF). This is a CNC forming technology for bending straight extrusions to required contours without part specific tooling, at lower production and environmental cost, with improved quality and increased accuracy. The strain can be controlled to be uniform low value along the length of the part, allowing parts to be formed in the –T condition. Rapid forming using CNC programs is ideal for maintenance and prototyping, and the small footprint and portability allows this to be potentially useful in theater.
