Jove Sciences, Inc. (JOVE) will integrate and data fuse the MQ9 Reaper, AquaQuiPS (AQ), and NCCT sensor sources for maritime missions by completing the following four tasks:Task 1: Develop and test the JOVE LYNX SAR M of N Tracker using measured LYNX SAR STANAG 4607 and EO / IR data collected by AQ from the MQ-9 Reaper surrogate King Air operated by General Atomics (GA) in Trident Warrior 12 in the SOCAL OPAREA.Task 2: Develop and test the LYNX SAR and EO / IR sensor source data transmission path from the MQ-9 Reaper via SATCOM to both the MQ-9 processing sites and directly to a Naval Battle Group operating within the satellite footprint of the MQ-9.Task 3: Develop and test the transmission path from the NCCT sensor sources to AQ and transmission of NCCT / AQ data fused tracks back to NCCT.Task 4: GA will make two King Air MQ-9 surrogate flights to both collect LYNX SAR STANAG 4607 data and EO / IR data in SOCAL, and be vectored inin by AQ to detect a real world: EMCON Silent or dark contact called a PANGA that is of interest to THIRD Fleet and USCG.
